WorkshopThe athletic Spine

Strength, Control & Mobility for Performance
The athletic spine needs more than flexibility - it needs the ability to move, control and transfer force efficiently across different movement demands.

In this practical workshop, we explore how Pilates can develop spinal mobility, strength and control while connecting the spine to whole-body athletic movement. Using a variety of Pilates apparatus and movement strategies, teachers will learn how to progress from supported movement into integrated, performance-focused applications relevant to a range of sports and athletes.
