Injury and Special Populations® C.E.C. 2,4

During the STOTT PILATES Injuries & special population (ISP) course you will receive tools and insights to work with a range of complaints/injuries.
As a Pilates teacher, you'll get the participants moving in a safe and responsible way while you do not make a diagnoses.

What you can expect from the ISP:
- Step-by-step plan for rehabilitation in case of injuries and/or complaints.
- Anatomy and biomechanics, dysfunctions and pathology.
- O.a. :M.S. osteoporosis, obesity, pregnancy, fibromyalgia, knee injury and many other topics are discussed with an action plan for each individual client.
- Appropriate modification of Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and barrel exercises

Requirements: Minimum IMP and/or IR and at least 1 year of teaching experience

Certification conditions
24 training hours

Full STOTT PILATES certification requires completion of the ISP.

For this course you must have completed an IMP and/or IR plus at least 1 year of teaching experience.

Cancellation policy

In case of a cancellation K'dans will refund the following percentages:

• up to 28 days prior to the start date of the course 100%
• up to 27 till 14 days prior to the start date of the course 50%
• up to 13 till 0 days prior to the start date of the course 0%
