K'dans studio in beweging applies the following agreements regarding the refund of paid fees for a training module/CEC workshop.

1) K'dans accepts cancellations within 14 days after confirmation of the reservation of a spot for the training/CEC workshop: Already paid training fees will be refunded within 14 days.

2) This period does not apply if the confirmation of the reservation of the spot in the training is received within 14 days prior to the start of the training.

3) In the event of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of the training, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the cancellation.

4) In the event of cancellation within 14 days prior to the start or after the start of the training, no money will be refunded.

5) In the case of 3) and 4), the remaining non-refundable amount may be used for another training module scheduled by K'dans, studio 'in beweging', within 1 year after cancellation. K'dans cannot be held responsible for refunding an amount that is not used for another course or workshop within one year.

g. The costs charged for the examination fees are non-refundable.

h. We reserve the right to cancel a course. Only in the event that no other offer for the same course is available will the amount be refunded within 14 days.
