CEC Workshops + Master Mentor Middays
(continuing education credits)

Every year, certified STOTT PILATES teachers must attend CEC workshops to keep their knowledge up to date. At the same time, a fun way to meet 'in motion' and stay connected with colleagues and students from the STOTT PILATES® community.

De  Master Mentor Middagen helpen je op weg naar je examen, geven inspiratie rondom een bepaald thema of geven ruimte om je eigen vaardigheid op te krikken.

The Master Mentor Middays will help you to prepare for your exam, give you inspiration about a specific theme or provide you space to improve your selfpractise.

Performance-Based Reformer Training for Athletic Power, Precision & Endurance (No CEC)

An advanced, sport-focused Reformer session showing how Pilates builds measurable athletic performance. We will:

  • Explosive power & jumpboard drills – plyometric sequences to enhance speed and dynamic strength.
  • Unilateral & rotational patterns – for balance, agility and coordination required in running, pivoting and throwing sports.
  • Eccentric control & deceleration skills – protecting hamstrings and knees during high-speed stops and directional changes.
  • Endurance and core-stability challenges – supporting sustained performance for field, court and endurance athletes.

Participants leave with structured progressions, cueing strategies and take-home sequences adaptable to multiple sports.

Pilates Solutions for Sport-Specific Injuries – Feet, Ankles, Knees & Beyond (No CEC)

This interactive workshop focuses on prevention and intelligent rehabilitation for common lower-limb and sport-related injuries. Key elements include:

  • Foot and ankle care – plantar fasciitis, Achilles issues, chronic sprains; restoring mobility, strength and proprioception using equipment and small props.
  • Integrated knee and hip stability – progressive loading and safe return-to-play strategies for hamstring strains, calf tears and hip imbalances.
  • Whole kinetic-chain approach – connecting foot mechanics, ankle control and hip stability for optimal gait and sport function.

Attendees gain evidence-based, ready-to-apply sequences for athletes and active adults returning from injury.
